Dr. Todd Briscoe

Dr. Todd Briscoe's meticulous clinical skills and friendly, sincere dedication to answering questions and individual care is appreciated by his patients. He has extensive training and experience in eye disease, refractive surgery management, and fitting all types of contact lenses.

Dr. Todd grew up in Montana and graduated from Montana State University in 1991. He received his Doctor of Optometry Degree from Pacific University in 1995. Dr. Todd served several years as an optometric physician in the U.S. Army in Europe. He is a Fellow of the American Academy of Optometry.

Dr. Barbara Briscoe

Dr. Barbara Briscoe, second generation in the optometric field, is originally from Northern Italy. Positive, energetic and spontaneous with a genuine love of people, Dr. Barbara makes her patients feel comfortable and cared for. In addition to providing the highest quality of eyecare to adults, as a mother, Dr. Barbara easily connects with children and specializes in children's eye care.

Dr. Barbara received her Doctor of Optometry Degree from Pacific University in 1992 and completed a Residency Program in Montana in 1994. She is trilingual and her German and Italian-speaking patients enjoy receiving eyecare in their native language.

Dr. Erin Anderson

Dr. Anderson is originally from Rhode Island and received her Doctor of Optometry degree from the State University of New York, College of Optometry in 2005. Dr. Anderson then moved to New Haven, Connecticut, where she completed a residency program in Primary Care Optometry and Low Vision Optometry. She spent the next few years treating patients in a bustling group practice in the New Haven area and also worked as a Clinical Instructor for Yale University. Dr. Anderson relocated to Oregon in the fall of 2010.

Dr. Anderson enjoys working with patients of all ages. Her attentive and friendly manner puts people at ease. Patients appreciate her attention to detail and her lively personality. In her spare time, Dr. Anderson enjoys hiking, biking and skiing, and recreating New Haven pizzas in her oven at home.

Julie, Optician / Contact Lens Technician

Julie's caring and compassionate personality makes her a natural at assisting patients in the selection of eyewear. She is committed to providing you the best eye care experience and also gladly addresses any insurance questions you might have. Julie will also educate you on proper contact lens care, the latest materials and healthiest contact lens solutions.

Fiona, Optician / Ophthalmic Technician

Fiona grew up in England and enlightens our office with her great sense of humor. Her outgoing, friendly and helpful demeanor will make you feel instantly welcome. Fiona will assist you through your preliminary testing as well as throughout our optical department. Fiona is passionate about providing the highest level of customer service to meet all your eye care needs.

Judy, Receptionist

Calm, hardworking, and caring, Judy will be the pleasant voice that greets you on the telephone or says hello when you walk into the office. Judy’s gentle nature helps people feel comfortable and relaxed. She will answer your insurance related questions, schedule your appointments, and assist you throughout the office.
